Underage drinking
HUBLEY TOWNSHIP - State police at Schuylkill Haven said a 17-year-old male from Hegins will be cited for underage drinking after he was found unconscious lying halfway on Quaker Road at 11:25 p.m. Thursday.
Police said the teen was transported by ambulance to Schuylkill Medical Center East in Pottsville, where he underwent emergency room treatment.
