Driver cited
MONROE TOWNSHIP - A Mansfield woman who experienced minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident Thursday evening on Routes 11 and 15 at its intersection with Ninth Street in this Snyder County township will face traffic violation charges, according to state police in Selinsgrove.
Trooper Michael L. Brubaker said Kelley C. Wright, 22, of Mansfield, was traveling north in the right lane in a 2011 Chevrolet Impala when she failed to stop at the traffic signal at Ninth Street.
Wright swerved into the left lane to avoid a pickup truck, which was pulling onto the road from Ninth Street to travel south, and struck a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee being driven by Kenneth D. Roza, 51, of Liverpool, who was entering the road to cross over to Susquehanna Valley Mall Drive, police said.

Wright, who did not require medical transport, will be cited for failing to obey traffic control signals, police said.
Roza and Wright's passenger, Maxim Y. Petrov, 22, of Mansfield, were not injured in the accident, and all persons involved were wearing their seatbelts, police said.
